A Mommy Makeover is a popular surgery for moms and even women who haven\u2019t had children but have unwanted changes to their body from weight fluctuations and want to tackle multiple areas at once. Procedures<\/h2>\n

The most common procedures include a breast enhancement, tummy tuck and liposuction. Many women want a breast lift with breast augmentation, but some elect to undergo breast reduction surgery.<\/p>\n

A tummy tuck will tighten underlying abdominal muscles that have been stretched after childbirth. Excess skin will be removed to achieve a flatter, firmer abdomen.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll want to bring your medication list to your appointment and discuss what you\u2019re taking as some medications can increase your risk for bleeding. Smoking can delay healing, so if you smoke, you\u2019ll need to stop at least six weeks prior to surgery. You\u2019ll want to arrange for someone to take you home after surgery and stay with you for the first day after surgery at least. If you have children, arrange for someone to care for them for the first several days as you\u2019ll be prohibited from lifting, driving and cleaning.<\/p>\n
