What are Facial Implants?
Facial implants are usually made from a solid form of silicone called silastic. These implants are used to help shape and enhance certain parts of the face like the cheeks and chin. The unique thing about facial implants is that they can be different shapes and sizes to help create the perfectly-shaped contour for your facial structure.
How is Surgery Performed?
Typically, we will perform this surgery under intravenous sedation. Once you are sedated, we will then usually make incisions inside of the mouth just behind the cheek which allows us to place implants in your face without you having to deal with incisions.
What Are Results Like?
If you have always wanted to have a little bit more contour n on your cheeks then you can stop dreaming. With facial implants, we can add that extra bit of definition that you’ve been wanting so that you feel more confident in your appearance.
